A recipe developer is responsible for creating new recipes and developing existing ones. Must have an understanding of the ingredients used to create recipes and be able to substitute ingredients as needed. Recipe developers must have excellent communication skills in order to take feedback from customers and chefs in order to fine-tune recipes.
