To set better goals for yourself, you need to know who you are. Take some time to figure out who you are, what you are good at and what you are not good at. How can you use that to help you set goals that you can achieve.
Both in the physical and emotional sense. Take time to de-clutter and get rid of anything you don't use or need anymore. Reflect on your mental hang-ups and try to let go of those that are holding you back.
Review what you accomplished last year and think of things you were not able to achieve. Assess where you are and what you need to move forward. How can you improve and focus your energy to reach your goals this year.
