As the year is coming to an end, take a some time to look upon what you have done. Have you achieved all your goals? or only a one? Which ones will you need to focus on for next year?
You cannot please everyone and those that bring you down, you should quit hanging out with these people. You need to hang out with and surround yourself with positive like-minded people who lift you up. You should not have to change who you are for anyone.
We often don't take the time to allow ourselves to de-stress, but it is very important to allow ourselves time to take a break from social media, news and other stressors in our lives. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health.
