Both in the physical and emotional sense. Take time to de-clutter and get rid of anything you don't use or need anymore. Reflect on your mental hang-ups and try to let go of those that are holding you back.
Review what you accomplished last year and think of things you were not able to achieve. Assess where you are and what you need to move forward. How can you improve and focus your energy to reach your goals this year.
Meetups are still happening, but now more than ever, they are online. Keep looking for opportunities to get together with others, even if it is just virtual. We all need connections and can use help from each other.
