
Make a list of your current habits and a list or habits you would like to have. Are there specific habits you would like to give up or ones you would like to form? Write down the resaon you want to form or eliminate those habits. This will help you to make a plan to acheive these goals.

Start acting on your goals. Get things done right away, stop procrastinating on tasks. Make it a habit to get things done and stop waiting. If you continue to procrastinate, you will just keep putting off acheiving your goals.
